What often results as joint pain is commonly not a problem in the joint at all. Very common situations perceived as ‘joint pain’ are actually caused by other structures that have influence on the joint. For example, this type of pain can often be relieved by identifying dysfunction in other tissues such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerve structures, etc. In addition, it can be a result of poor postures and joint misalignment.
It has been found that even degenerated joints are not necessarily causing pain. Therefore, even if you have been told that a joint is beyond repair, it is still very possible that you can improve function and decrease pain without surgery or drugs.
